![]() If you request support from within the game it should bring you to the region where the account is, not the region where you are connecting from.Ĭheck the account page when you are connecting and asking for support does the page show the correct region? If not you can manually input it into the address bar and bypass Blizzards faulty links. Blizzard reps also do not have access to other regions account info to check this for you, you have to manually go to the right website if thatis the case. Blizzard reps never mention this when they are responding and won’t do anything about the wrong connections when you are traveling or move to a different region like this. I bought my games in North America but was playing in the EU when I needed customer support help and was connected to EU support when I should have been connected to North American since my account was in North America, not EU. ![]()
